We don’t believe in ‘funeral packages’, each person is different, and their funeral service should reflect that.

We publish our prices below for your information.
If you would prefer a bespoke funeral service with additional options, please let us know.

Funeral Prices – Price Transparency

We are confident that our prices represent true value to our families in their time of need. If you plan to make comparisons with other funeral homes, please be sure to check that you compare like for like and that all costs are included.

We are a member of SAIF and are inspected every year to ensure the highest level of service is carried out.

Traditional Funeral – £3205.00

  • This service can be tailor made to suit individual requirements
  • Our professional services to include conveyance of the deceased (within 25 miles).
  • Arrangements can be made in the comfort of your home or in our office.
  • Oak veneered coffin with six brass effect handles
  • Provision of a Hearse to leave a local address.
  • Provision of 1 Mourning Car (7 Passengers)
  • Doctors fee* to complete cremation form
  • Minister / Celebrant fee
  • Cremation fee (North Tyneside)

Traditional Funeral costs with all the listed disbursements:

  • At Whitley Bay/Tynemouth Crematorium £3205.00
  • At Blyth Crematorium £3242.00
  • West Road Crematorium £3286.00
  • Minimum deposit (£1000) required 48 hours prior to funeral service.

Disbursements paid on your behalf:

  • Cremation fees:
    Whitley Bay/Tynemouth Crematorium £813.00
    Blyth Crematorium £850.00 Newcastle West Road Crematorium £894.00
  • Doctors fee* £82.00
  • Ministers/Celebrant fee £220.00

*Doctors fee is not required if the coroner is involved.

Simple Funeral - £2000.00

  • Includes all the services from the Direct Cremation and a hearse to meet mourners at the crematorium.
  • Service time 9.00 am only.
  • Celebrant fee up to £220.
  • Payable In full within 48 hours of service taking place

Direct Cremation - £1450.00

  • Our professional services to include conveyance of the deceased (within 25 miles)
  • All arrangements to be made in our office within office hours.
  • Direct Cremation – no chapel service provided. To include conveyance of loved one from our chapel direct to the crematorium.
  • An oak effect coffin with six brass effect handles
  • Use of Chapel of Rest to visit your loved ones within office hours.
  • Local crematorium fee.
  • Doctors fee* to complete cremation form.
  • Return of cremated remains (if applicable)
  • Payable In full within 48 hours of service taking place
